Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from My Store. If your Premium MagSafe-Compatible Magnetic Car Mount arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, contact us at lucas.erasolutions@gmail.com so we can help.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

Email lucas.erasolutions@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or defective, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable situations

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or packaging unrelated to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will help determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement when available.
